Whether it’s your Father, Mother, sister, brother, best friend or dog who walks you down the aisle, we would like to take a moment to appreciate the people who step up to make a bride’s moment even more special.
One of the best things about being on site to help with a couple’s big day, is the privilege of quietly observing powerful, beautiful moments between, not only the bride and groom, but the family and friends who support and love them. So much can be said in just a glance exchanged between a father and daughter. Even the “toughest” of Dads can find themselves fighting back tears at the sight of their daughter in a wedding dress. We know that these moments hold a universe of meaning.
So, we salute you, family members, friends and Fathers of the Bride!
In that spirit, we want to share with you one of our favorite Fathers of the Bride: Meera’s Dad. This man was absolutely bursting with joy and love for Meera and her groom, Steve. Meera and Steve had a beautiful ceremony with a violin serenading them with music they had especially chosen. The weather was perfect and love was most definitely in the air.

One detail to love: Meera gave her sweet father a gift just before they walked out to the beach. It was a handkerchief with a message sewn into it: “Dad, Although I am all grown up dressed in lace and pearls, remember on my wedding day, I’m still your little girl.”
